  1. In a bowl (or a Mason jar), combine all the ingredients. Whisk together (or shake well) until smooth and fully combined.

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ tsp Classic Salted Herbs from Bas-Saint-Laurent
  • ½ tsp lime zest<br/>
  • 1 tbsp lime juice<br/>
  • 1½ tsp maple syrup<br/>
  • 1 handful fresh cilantro or fresh flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped<br/>
  • Freshly ground pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until smooth and well blended. Adjust the amount of Salted Herbs from Bas-Saint-Laurent to taste.
