Summer calls for fresh salads and delicious homemade dressings! This is one you’ll want to make again and again all season long. Fresh, light and incredibly versatile, it adds flavour to your summer meals with ease. The secret ingredient? Salted Herbs from Bas-Saint-Laurent, which replace salt and several seasonings in one simple step while adding wonderful depth of flavour to this vinaigrette.

- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Traditional Salted Herbs from Bas-Saint-Laurent
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2½ tsp honey
- Freshly ground pepper, to taste
Preparation
- In a bowl (or a Mason jar), combine all the ingredients. Whisk together (or shake well) until smooth and fully combined.
Adjust the amount of Salted Herbs to suit your taste.
