Once shipped, please allow an additional 2 to 5 business days for delivery.

Shipping Rates
- Quebec: $8.99
- Free shipping in Quebec: on orders of $50 or more
- Rest of Canada: $14.99
- Free shipping in Canada: on orders of $100 or more
International Shipping
Orders outside Canada are processed manually due to variable shipping costs.

Returns and Refunds
- Items must be returned in their original packaging within 10 days (return shipping at customer’s expense)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- No returns on opened or used products
If an error occurs on our part, we will cover all return and reshipping costs.
