Fresh Lime & Salted Herb Dip

What could be better than a creamy lime dip to add a touch of freshness to your plate? Simple, quick and irresistible, this recipe is perfect for spontaneous summer gatherings. And why not make a double batch? Something tells us it won’t last long!

Ingredients
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ tsp Classic Salted Herbs from Bas-Saint-Laurent
- ½ tsp lime zest<br/>
- 1 tbsp lime juice<br/>
- 1½ tsp maple syrup<br/>
- 1 handful fresh cilantro or fresh flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped<br/>
- Freshly ground pepper, to taste
Preparation
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until smooth and well blended. Adjust the amount of Salted Herbs from Bas-Saint-Laurent to taste.
- Suggestion And Tips
- This dip can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days.
- Perfect with tacos, shrimp or fish, this dip is also delicious served with smashed potatoes, in sandwiches and wraps, alongside grilled vegetables, tossed into pasta salads or enjoyed as a summer dip.
