Pico de Gallo with Salted Herbs from Bas-Saint-Laurent

A fresh, colourful recipe that’s perfect for summer. Inspired by a recipe prepared by our Mexican workers, this quick salsa is delicious as a side dish, in tacos or simply served with toasted pita chips.

  1. In a large bowl, combine the onion, tomatoes, cilantro and avocado. Add the lime juice and Salted Herbs from Bas-Saint-Laurent, then gently toss to coat the ingredients without mashing the avocado.
