J’ai aujourd’hui 65 ans. Lorsque j’étais jeune, je voyais ces herbes salées sur le comptoir, ou je me faisais grand plaisir a y gouter. Inutile de vous dire que je suis plus salé que sucré. Mes soupes aux légumes, ma soupe au pois ne serait pas ce qu’elles sont aujourd’hui sans ces herbes salées. Vraiment délicieux.
